Autoclaved sand aerated concrete block

The main raw material of ALC block is quartz sand, limestone and cement. It is the porous silicate product by ingredients, mixing, pouring, procuring, cutting, autoclave and maintenance. 

Characteristics 

ALC block has the characteristics of light quality, sound insulation, anti-seepage, insulation, heat insulation and fire protection. Sand aerated block uses quartz sand to replace fly ash as the siliceous material, which not only improves the strength of the block, but also has a qualitative leap in the permeability resistance, dry shrinkage, gamma rays and so on.
